Job Brief:
Unified Restorations, a division of Anthony CE, and a premier remediation company in the Dallas / Fort Worth area, is looking for an experienced art restorer to handle art restoration management responsibilities.  We also work with top restoration teams such as Markt Ludwig Art Studios, to bring the highest quality art restoration to the market.   

We work with insurance companies, contractors, individuals and institutions (galleries, museums, City Halls, etc.) to restore damaged art and collectibles.  We specialize in fire and water restoration..

Key Responsabilities

  • To provide leadership to a team of restorers.
  • Determine level of art restoration required on any given item.
  • Provide high touch service to clients with restoration jobs in progress by taking phone calls, reviewing treatment plans, etc.
  • Participate in restoration team meetings to communicate expectations and get updates on jobs in progress.
  • Create opportunities for additional services / sales with existing clients.
  • Generate timeline and deliverable expectations for restoration jobs, and track project progress to troubleshoot / ensure targets are met.
  • Identify and recommend steps for improving the quality and efficiency of restoration processes (evaluation, inventory, etc.).
  • Serve as the company's primary point of contact for contractors and clients on jobs requiring art restoration
  • Communicate with insureds to update the status of their artwork restoration as needed.
  • Support the Unified Restorations sales team and administrative staff
  • Other duties as required

Art Restoration Knowledge:

  • Understand restoration techniques and strategies.
  • How to clean and re-assemble artwork
  • The process of digital restoration of photographs and documents.
  • Be able to provide condition reports and art evaluations.
  • Understand how to lead a team of artists

Requirements

  • Have a valid driver’s license
  • Pass a background check and drug test

Compensation

  • The pay range is $60K to $70K depending on relevant experience
  • Eligible for year-end bonus based on company performance
