Job Brief:
Unified Restorations, a division of Anthony CE, and a premier remediation company in the Dallas / Fort Worth area, is looking for an experienced art professional to lead our art management team, including art restorers. 

We work with insurance companies, contractors, individuals and institutions (galleries, museums, City Halls, etc.) to help manage their collections and restore damaged art and collectibles.  We specialize in fire and water restoration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of art professionals.
  • Create opportunities for additional services / sales with existing and new clients.
  • Serve as the company's primary point of contact for contractors and clients on jobs requiring art-related work.
  • Provide high touch service to clients with work in progress by taking phone calls, reviewing treatment plans, etc.
  • Generate timeline and deliverable expectations for art assignments, and track project progress to troubleshoot / ensure targets are met.
  • Identify and recommend steps for improving the quality and efficiency of restoration processes (evaluation, inventory, etc.).
  • Support the Unified Restorations sales team and administrative staff
  • Other duties as required

The ideal candidate will exhibit this expertise:

·        Be familiar with art restoration techniques and strategies.

  • Understand the process of digital restoration of photographs and documents.
  • Be able to provide condition reports and art evaluations.
  • Exposure to collection management

Requirements

  • Have a valid driver’s license
  • Pass a background check and drug test

 

Compensation

  • The pay range is $60K to $80K depending on relevant experience
  • Eligible for year-end bonus based on company performance
