Job Summary:

The A Men Legacy Group is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This is a remote position that offers the flexibility to work full-time or part-time from the comfort of your own home. As a Sales Rep, you will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance products to potential clients, while providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, and social media platforms
• Promote and sell insurance products to meet or exceed sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns
• Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' insurance requirements and recommend suitable products
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' offerings
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance sales skills and knowledge
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
• Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and market conditions
