Job ResponsibilitiesThe analyst will assist the team with:
- T&E Transaction project involving cleanup of the Concur Expensing system
- Reconciling of aged Amex accounts
- Other ad hoc projects as they arise
- As needed the analyst will assist the team with escalations acting as 2nd level support for all matters related to T&E for all of North America division users and cardholders
This includes but not limited to:
- Escalations from the IBM support team, all system issues regarding Concur (related to functionality and the user's accessibility), and all cardmember account escalations/inquiries.
Requirements:
- This position requires strong excel data analysis skills, experience with Concur and Corporate Card experience.
- Preferred knowledge of PeopleSoft, Oracle, and/or SAP, as well as experience with the Amex@Work Enhanced Reporting systems.
- In addition, excellent interpersonal skills, and be a self-starter with strong organization skills.
- Must have strong written and oral communication skills and have the ability to meet deadlines
- Must be a team player, dependable and have strong decision making and analytical skills.
- Must demonstrate the ability to dive into detail, understand findings, and make conclusions for resolution and communication of T&E issues across Divisions.
