Job Summary
- 0 to 1-year experience
- Handling customer issues and resolves them within specified time limits using remote
support applications
- Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
- Search and identify solutions for software and hardware issues
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to end-users.

  • Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time

- Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
Desired Profile:

  • Experience in handling remote support applications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Male candidates are preferred
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
  • Ready to work in night shifts/rotational shifts.

Qualifications and Skills

  • BE/B.Tech/Diploma (EEE/ECE/CSE/IT) or PG in computer science
  • Should have cleared 10th & 12th in the first appearance
