Job Description


Liaisons with other departments: moves projects between team members in a timely, efficient manner. Ensures all information forms are completed and delivered in a comprehensive, accurate and timely fashion.


  • Maintains complete routing files for all projects.

  • Generates and disseminates status reports.

    • Tracks and updates reports with any pertinent info about client projects (This includes any attendant financial information).

  • Ensures schedules are adhered to.

  • Manages ongoing flow of work in and out creative department

  • Complies with quality standards for the team as set forth by department head.

  • Works with creative team, account management and production to generate the schedule for overall project completion and updates as needed, notifying all appropriate parties.

  • Works closely with upper management to identify and suggest solutions on how to improve departmental and team morale.

  • Creates purchase orders to work with outside vendors.


  • Attends interdepartmental briefings.

  • Updates schedules/estimates as needed.

  • Routes mechanicals/proofs to team members to review.

  • Releases mechanicals to Production.

  • Participates in weekly departmental staff meetings.

  • Keeps supervisor apprised of the status of work.


  • Must have at least one year of experience within marketing or comparable industry.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

  • Computer literate.

  • Team player.

  • Very organized, strong problem solving skills and detail oriented.

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience preferred.
