Team SI/MHP is looking for an Account Manager to become an integral part of our team!
What You Are
You're a professional who has practice building engagement with audiences to drive true business results. You have experience coordinating radio, print, digital media, and out-of-home advertising for clients. You enjoy working with other communicators to incorporate traditional and digital strategies as part of larger integrated programs that include traditional media relations and paid advertising.
What We’re Looking For
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience with at least 3 years professional marketing/communication experience, preferably in a client facing role.
A professional who is always learning through engagement in social networks, digital media, online forums and blogging.
Organized project manager who crosses all the T's and dots all the I's.
A problem solver who is always looking for new ways to say yes to resolve issues.
A good listener, a team player, and counselor who can build strong relationships with agency clients, account staff, client relationship leaders and others in the agency.
Experience leading internal team meetings and client meetings.
What You’ll Do
· Coordinate traditional media and work with media team to finalize placements based on client requests and timelines
· Update client spreadsheets to reflect media plan and any changes
· Work with creative team to develop client deliverables
· Coordinate radio and video production
· Work with client, internal teams, and vendors to make sure deadlines are met
· Connect with client on approvals and coordinate any revisions
Our Account Managers work with our Senior Account Executives to execute the strategies developed for campaigns and hold the client relationship representing Team SI/MHP to our clients and the client to Team SI/MHP. You will manage projects and client communications for traditional and digital media and creative production to help our clients solve problems and grow their business. Working with our Media team, you will send traditional media traffic instructions, radio spots, and creative to the vendors. You will also be involved in budget management, creative asset production and project management.
