Taxhackers.io is a rapidly growing company looking for a multi-talented Marketing Specialist to join our passionate team. You'll play a vital role in driving brand awareness, managing our social media and developing our business relationships.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management: Assist with the development and execution of engaging and modern content across various platforms, including webinars, email newsletters, and social media.
Social Media Savvy: Manage our social media presence, creating and scheduling engaging content, and interacting with our audience. Oversee paid social media advertising campaigns.
Marketing Mastermind: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor analysis to support strategic marketing decisions.
Partnerships Management: Create strategies to develop relevant partnerships and build long-lasting business relationships.
Organizational All-Star: Maintain a strong organizational system for marketing materials and resources.
Qualifications
Proven experience in marketing (entry-level experience not applicable).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
Creativity and a knack for storytelling to craft compelling marketing content.
Strong understanding of visual design principles (composition, color theory, typography).
Experience creating visually appealing marketing materials (e.g., social media graphics, email templates, presentations).
Ability to translate brand guidelines into compelling visuals.
Proficiency in social media management platforms and content creation tools.
Proven track record of building strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
Adept at active listening and understanding client needs.
Ability to tailor communication style to different audiences (clients, colleagues, management).
Experience crafting compelling presentations and delivering them with confidence.
Familiarity with email marketing automation tools is preferred.
Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A collaborative spirit and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
This is not an entry-level position. We require a candidate with experience in social media management and partnerships development.
