As a QA Architect you will be responsible for designing and developing automation architecture for the Tavisca's web and mobile redemption platform.

Why is this role important for Tavisca's work?

You will be part of a multi-funtional product and client team responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our products by using the latest technologies and toolsets. As a QA automation architect you will be responsible for developing solutions to complex problems and establishing automated testing strategies. QA Automation Architect to take overall responsibility for the design and development of highly scalable, business value driven automated testing solutions. 

As a QA Architect you will be able to understand and create clear strategies to communicate how automation will benefit product and clients by identifying and prioritizing opportunities to improve the speed and reliability of delivery lifecycles.

  1. Build/enhance automation libraries and solutions.
  2. Write high quality, efficient, readable and maintainable code to automate tests.
  3. Continuously evaluate and identify ways to improve the product quality bar.
  4. Lead and mentor fellow QA team members.
  5. Should be able to pro-actively identify, track and mitigate risks to the product quality.
  6. Continuously delivers and drives team members in delivering high-quality code.
  7. Perform code reviews of team members.
  8. Keep track of emerging tools, practices and trends and introduces them across teams.
  9. Collects and analyses test metrics and applies appropriate corrective actions.
  10. Work within and across several teams to promote QA processes, practices and standardization.

Relevant experience?

Requirements for the candidate.

  • 12+ years of testing experience.

  • 8+ years of C# experience is mandatory.

  • 2+ years of testing and automation exp on RESTful APIs using C#

  • Must have at least 2 years of experience leading test automation efforts.

  • Must have deep experience in building test automation tools and solutions.

  • Experience in working on full stack test automation strategy.

  • Hands-on experience on Performance and Security testing.
  • Experience with Continuous Integration using Jenkins and Git.

  • Experience with defect tracking/management software like JIRA.

  • Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to haves

 

Preferred qualifications 

  • Exposure to .NET Core.

  • 2+ years’ experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Experience with automated ADA and visual testing
  • Familiarity with Amazon Web Services.
  • Exposure to Docker and/or Kubernetes.
