Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, file management, and record keeping.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and preparing offer letters.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including orientation and exit interviews.
- Maintain accurate employee data and update employee files as needed.
- Assist in the coordination and planning of HR programs and events.
- Respond to employee inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an HR department.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
