Job Brief:
We are looking for a full-time LV-Technician to support our company’s installation and service operations. LV-Technician position is responsible for all aspects of the installation, service and maintenance of all Security, Surveillance, Fire, Access Control, Automation and Network Systems that we install and maintain. Work is to be performed in a neat, professional manner, as well as, accurately which leads to a higher level of efficiency and quality customer care.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure clean, accurate, professional installations
- Complete assigned tasks in timely manner
- Ensure work environment is safe
- Maintain assigned vehicle clean, organized, and stocked with required supplies – per Company guidelines
- Keep track of assigned vehicle’s maintenance schedule and notify supervisor when in need of maintenance
- Keep track of equipment and other company material while on jobsite
- Help maintain warehouse clean and organized
- Perform all duties independently, as well as in a team, in an expeditious manner

Skills Required:
- At least 2 years’ experience with Security Alarm Systems, Surveillance Systems and/or Access Control Systems
- Know how to properly run wire both pre and post construction
- Able to properly terminate Cat5e/6, RG6 and fiber using the different types of termination ends
- Properly mount TV
- Own basic hand tools of the trade
- Follow directions and communicate progress accurately and in a timely manner
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must have basic math skills and be able to accurately take measurements
- Proficient in English - verbal, written and reading
- Basic computer and networking knowledge
- Experience working in an independent, self-starter, fast paced, detail-oriented environment
- Heavy lifting required
- Able to stand, kneel, crouch, and bend for long hours, climb ladders and work in high places
- Able to use power tools, basic hand tools and scissor lifts
- Critical thinking, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills a must
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to pass criminal and driving background check and a pre-employment drug test
