Description

Need to have experience on Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system with Nuance Platform desired but experience with any other IVR platform will be considered
Experience with NAS, NDF and Nuance Cloud is big plus
Need to have knowledge of IVR routing
Experience with VXML, JDBC, Java, J2EE, Java Script, XML
Familiarity with Eclipse, Apache Tomcat Server/Maven, MS SQL/Oracle DB, Linux OS platform, Windows Server, MQ, Web Services
Have clear understanding of audio and grammar components
Ability to understand the IVR UI design
Cloud based solutions experience (AZURE) is plus but not required
Knowledge of agile development methodologies
Ability to develop and maintain key vendor relationships with a focus on technology currency and best practices
Experience with supporting the production issues
Experience with the health care industry is desired but not required
