We are seeking a Remote Customer Support Agent to join our team in the Hospitality industry. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and guests. Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with booking reservations, resolving issues, and providing information about our services
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer needs
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to improve our services

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Experience:

Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
