We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Flight Reservationist to join our team in the Hospitality industry. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with booking flights, providing information on available flights, and ensuring a seamless reservation process.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with booking flights online
• Provide information on flight schedules, availability, and pricing
• Ensure accuracy of customer information and travel details
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
• Coordinate with airlines and travel agencies to confirm reservations
• Process payments and issue tickets to customers
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies and procedures

Qualifications:
