Surgyy Design is working with Start-ups & SMBs in revamping Platform Workflows, User Flows, UX, & UI; alongside creative Branding Consultation.

Lead by Nasir, a seasoned Product Manager & UX Designer, having experience in launching engaging UX for a challenging set of target audiences. The team is expanding with additional senior specialists in the areas of custom artwork, HTML & on-going UX enhancements.

Objective

We are also looking for a Junior UX Researcher & designer to help keep us organized and focused on frameworks as we take in more work to our table.

Responsibilities & Expectations

1. Competitive UX & Branding study, framework will be provided, but the ability to go a little extra and present a well thought through competitive analysis
2. Needs to quickly grasp the understanding of a B2B SaaS product
3. Can take an initial UX Concept with main flow & can extend more screens based on the described flow & functionalities
4. Ability to work independently, at the same time listen to feedbacks constructively & produce better results - strong maturity is required
5. Go through our Figma projects and create centralized & reusable Component libraries
6. Going through Hotjar & providing some insights - guidance will be provided but the candidate should be able to pick-up with help of online tutorials & trends
7. A Big No - Too many subjective UX guidelines that we keep reading here & there
8. The role will be in shadow & you will mainly be working with me, and also the other graphics & front end senior specialists
9. You should have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Design. But junior or fresh candidates can apply

Contract & Compensation

1. The role will start with a 3 months contract, post evaluation we can offer full time.
2. We can pay as expected + Stock options, as you venture into a new company. Please keep note that the stock options you get during the starting phase could grow exponentially in few years of company's growth. We are seeing good traction.
