Surgyy Design Labs is a Top Rated UX Agency based out of Bangalore, India. We are a dedicated Product Design & Branding Agency - with focus on quality & business driven results. Our engagments are based on detailed Ideation sessions, thorough research & creative + strategic design consultation.

We are looking to grow the team, and need a Junior Graphics designer with good creative skills, along with some business & marketing Savviness to perform research on the Branding aspects and utilize the provided ideation results & business objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Work on Adobe Illustrator for creating Logos, Illustrations, Icons, Brochures, Company Profiles, Business Card templates.
2. Ability to work with bare bone Illustration elements or far off available vectors, and create cohessive Illustrative stories
3. In depth practice with Adobe Illustrator & keeping things organized and well maintained
4. Should be comfortable using Figma & making visual alignments on the Figma file for the Graphics provided
5. Should be business & marketing Savvy, to analyse inputs provided and provide valuable recommendations
6. Initially this role will be shadowing, later based on the skills & gained experience more exposure would be provided
7. Creating impressive slides based on Branding Research, company profile decks, PPT Templates
8. Creative approach to brochure & templating

Skills Required:

1. Adobe Illustrator (primary), Figma (secondary)
2. Experience working with Marketing teams on branding related collaterals
3. 0-2 Years of Experience, with an impressive Graphics design portfolio
