Roles and Responsibilities | What does the job entail?

  • Answering client queries related to use of Superset software product via email channel, and largely through phone channel, 
  • Understanding queries of the customers and resolving them in a timely manner by providing ways to achieve use cases using the Superset tool,
  • Following up with customers to ensure their technical issues/queries are resolved,
  • Ensuring customer success by providing timely resolution to client queries,
  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers -  writing documentation and FAQs

Requirements | You’ll be a great addition to the team if:

  • You have 1+ years of quality experience in Customer Support, 
  • You have excellent communication skills including the ability to listen and empathize with the clients,
  • You enjoy diving into the details to solve tricky problems and are constantly looking at how you can solve the next problem before it happens,
  • You do not see this as a temporary role and would completely commit to the role as well as your responsibilities, 
  • You’ve worked in a technical customer support role in a SaaS environment before.

Office: Office will be 5 days a week, plus alternate Saturdays working. 

Growth Path
You could grow into Customer Success Lead role, where you’ll be given responsibility to monitor adoption of accounts and track renewals and overall customer adoption rates.
