Nonprofit District Manager - Recovery Housing

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our non-profit recovery house organization as a District Manager. This crucial role focuses on establishing and maintaining connections with local agencies, securing contracts to house residents, and ensuring the smooth operation of our recovery houses by overseeing rule compliance and chore completion. As a District Manager, you will play a vital role in helping individuals on their path to recovery and contributing to the success of our non-profit organization.

Responsibilities:
1. Affiliate Outreach:

   - Build and nurture relationships with local agencies, including government entities, community organizations, and relevant service providers.
   - Identify and pursue partnership opportunities, grants, and contracts to secure housing contracts for residents.
   - Present our organization's mission, values, and services to potential affiliates, creating a compelling case for collaboration and support.

2. Contract Management:
   - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and negotiate housing contracts that align with our organization's goals and objectives.
   - Ensure compliance with contract requirements, including reporting, data collection, and program evaluation.
   - Monitor contract performance, identify areas of improvement, and implement necessary adjustments.

3. House Oversight:
   - Conduct regular visits to recovery houses to ensure adherence to established rules, regulations, and program guidelines.
   - Collaborate with house managers to address issues, provide support, and offer guidance on maintaining a safe and conducive living environment.
   - Monitor chore completion, organize schedules, and ensure the efficient functioning of household responsibilities.

Qualifications:
- Familiarity with recovery houses, addiction recovery programs, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in data management, reporting, and analysis.
- Empathy, compassion, and a genuine commitment to the well-being of individuals in recovery.

Compensation:
