Location: Richmond - must be willing to service printers on at various client sites in and around the Richmond area
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Printer Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team in the Information Technology and Services industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-site support and maintenance for a variety of printers, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

- Salary: £35000 - £42000 per annum depending on experience
- 40 days of annual leave

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers and related equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on printers
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Document all service activities and maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience as a Printer Field Service Technician or similar role
- Proven Field experience is essential
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of printer hardware and software
- Basic Networking knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Cloud print software management experience
- Document Management software experience (eg: Uniflow) would be an advantage
- Must have valid driver license and own vehicle
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification in printer repair or related field is a plus
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in printer maintenance
