General Manager –
One of the most important legs of our organization is the management and growth of our brands on E-Commerce & large Modern Trade platforms. We are looking for an individual with strong customer management skills and with a penchant for building brands. The incumbent should ideally have an experience of at least 8-10 years building a brand on Online & Modern Trade Platforms and an understanding of the finer nuances of Online Sales and promotions.
The Key Areas of Responsibility are as under –
- Develop Account level strategy for each of the key players including Amazon, Flipkart, Heath Kart, Nykaa, Nobel+, Wellness, Apollo Pharmacy, Big Bazar, etc
- Consistently develop a strong relationship with the Category and Buyer teams of these accounts
- Deliver budgeted Sales by brands across these accounts
- Build and Execute Plans – Listing, Distribution, and Promotional Strategies to grow the business as per objectives
- Engagement with the Principle Partner
- P&L Responsibility for the division
- Good understanding of Operations

Location and Travel: The candidate will be based out of Mumbai with regular travel required to some of the Key cities in the country
