Welding Foreman

Pay: $24/hr.

Hours: Monday- Friday 6AM-4:30PM

Location: Stillwater, Oklahoma

Job Description:

Supervise a crew of welders on-site Perform welding tasks as needed Coordinate and schedule daily activities for the crew Ensure the quality and efficiency of welding work Travel to Stillwater daily Provide on-the-job training and guidance to crew members Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with site regulations Maintain a clean and organized work environment Monitor and report progress to project management.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience in welding and crew supervision Proficient in TIG welding Ability to travel to Stillwater daily Excellent leadership and communication skills Safety training and awareness for high-profile job sites Clean driving record (MVR) Background check and drug test required Ability to drive company vehicles.
