Pay: $16–$17/hour
Location: Tulsa
Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Overview

We are hiring a motivated Welder Helper to join our Tulsa client’s fabrication shop. The Welder Helper will support welding operations by assisting with measuring, blueprint interpretation, and preparing materials, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who has completed welding school and is eager to gain hands-on experience.

Required Experience & Skills

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Knowledge of blueprint interpretation
• Completion of welding school required
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Dependable with a solid work ethic

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist welders with daily shop tasks and preparation work
• Support welding operations by measuring, organizing, and preparing materials
• Follow instructions to ensure Mig Plate Test standards are met
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Uphold company safety guidelines at all times as a reliable Welder Helper
