Position Overview

Are you an entry-level Welder looking to grow your skills? We are hiring a motivated Welder to join an innovative steel manufacturing company specializing in pre-engineered steel buildings and structural components. This is a great opportunity to improve your MIG welding and fitting skills in a supportive, team-focused environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform MIG welding on steel frames and building components
• Use tools such as 7” grinders, scrapers, and gougers
• Fabricate durable structural components to specification
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Some experience with MIG welding
• Familiarity with basic welding techniques and willingness to improve
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform bending, squatting, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
• Welding certifications are a plus (not required)
