Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join a fabrication team in Broken Arrow. This role involves assisting supervisors in building frames, handrails, gates, and providing support in the vessel, tower, or structural shop as needed. The Welder must be flexible, fabrication-minded, and capable of working in various areas while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks with MIG/Flux in the 3G position.

• Assist supervisors in building frames, handrails, and gates.

• Support operations in the vessel, tower, or structural shop as needed.

• Work on fabrication projects with limited or no blueprints.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.

• Maintain a clean and safe workspace following all PPE and company guidelines.

Requirements

• Must pass a 3G MIG/Flux welding test.

• Ability to think outside the box and build without blueprints.

• Flexibility to assist in multiple areas of the shop.

• Strong knowledge of fabrication.

• Reliable, safety-conscious, and committed to quality workmanship.
