Welder
Pay: $24.50/hour
Hours: Weekend shift 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM (work 36 hours, get paid for 40)
Training: First 2 weeks on day shift, Monday–Friday 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
OT: Available during the week with Supervisor Approval

We are seeking an experienced Welder to join our team in Tulsa. This role is perfect for individuals with a strong background in heavy manufacturing and MIG/Fitter welding processes. The Welder will be responsible for assembling and welding pole sections together, ensuring all work meets high quality and safety standards.

Primary Responsibilities of the Welder:

• Read and use welding measuring devices, including squares, levels, and tape measures.
• Select fabrication equipment and plan layout, assembly, and welding procedures.
• Bolt, clamp, and tack-weld parts to secure them in position for welding.
• Set up equipment and weld using Arc, Gas-Shielded Arc, or Gas Welding equipment.
• Assemble parts by bolting and perform repairs by dismantling, reshaping, and reassembling components.
• Operate fabrication equipment such as plate rolling machines, cutting torches, and plate cutting machines.
• Clean poles and welds as required.
• Maintain and be accountable for essential tools and equipment.
• Comply with state and federal law, ISO Quality Program, company policies, and Safety/Environmental Regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of welding experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy manufacturing.
• Ability to follow blueprints and fabrication procedures.
• Strong understanding of welding safety and quality standards.
