Shift: Weekend | 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Work 36 hours, get paid for 40)
Training: First 2 weeks on Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime: Available during the week with Supervisor Approval

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have 2 years of welding experience
• Must have 3 years of experience in heavy manufacturing

Job Description:

We are currently hiring qualified MIG/Fitter Welders for a company that specializes in assembling and welding pole sections. This role is ideal for experienced welders looking to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Proficiently use welding measuring tools including squares, levels, and tape measures
• Select fabrication equipment and plan layout, assembly, and welding procedures
• Bolt, clamp, and tack-weld parts into position for final welding
• Set up and weld parts using Arc, Gas-Shielded Arc, or Gas Welding equipment
• Assemble parts by bolting when necessary
• Repair products by dismantling, reshaping, and reassembling parts using fabrication equipment such as plate rollers, cutting machines, and torches
• Clean poles and welds as required
• Maintain responsibility for all tools and equipment provided
• Adhere to state and federal laws, the ISO Quality Program, company policies, and Safety & Environmental Regulations

Additional duties may be assigned by supervisor.
