Key Responsibilities:

• Perform skilled MIG welding for the fabrication of steel frames and components.
• Utilize tools such as 7” grinders, scrapers, and gougers to finish and shape steel parts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment.
• Follow all company safety guidelines and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Basic MIG welding experience.
• Willingness to learn and improve welding techniques.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks including bending, kneeling, squatting, and standing for long periods.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
• Welding certifications are a plus but not required.
