Weekend Header Welder
Pay: Starting at $27+/hr
Schedule: Friday-Sunday, 5AM-5:30PM or 5:30PM-5AM (Work 36 hours, get paid for 40)

About the Position:

We're seeking an experienced Header Welder for our weekend shift. This role is perfect for skilled welders who want a full week's pay in just three days. You’ll be working with TIG and stick welding techniques to assemble high-quality header components, using various welding processes including SMAW, GMAW, and GTAW.

What You’ll Do:

• Read and interpret blueprints to accurately fit and weld fabricated and forged components.
• Set up welding equipment for different materials and processes.
• Position, align, and fit parts together, tack-welding them securely in place.
• Perform high-quality welds following precise procedures and specifications.
• Pass a 2G plate test, featuring a GTAW root pass and an SMAW fill and cap.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in TIG and stick welding techniques.
• Strong blueprint reading skills for precise layout and assembly.
• 3-5 years of code welding experience.
• Ability to work independently and ensure high-quality welds every time.
