Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Warehouse Lead to join a growing operation in Tulsa. This Warehouse Lead will begin in a hands-on warehouse role with a clear path toward long-term leadership as current management transitions toward retirement.

The ideal Warehouse Lead will bring strong equipment experience, computer proficiency, and in-depth warehouse knowledge, along with the ability to guide and support a team.

Key Responsibilities

The Warehouse Lead role includes:

• Perform daily warehouse operations with accuracy and efficiency

• Operate Sit-Down Forklifts and Overhead Cranes safely and confidently

• Load and unload semi-trucks in indoor and outdoor environments

• Read and interpret Material Test Reports (MTRs)

• Utilize computer systems and adapt to a newly implemented ERP system

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate inventory records

• Support and assist warehouse team members as needed

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Required Qualifications

• Extensive warehouse experience required

• Strong hands-on experience with Sit-Down Forklifts and Cranes

• Knowledge of Material Test Reports (MTRs)

• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly

• Experience loading and unloading semi-trucks

• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors

• Reliable with a strong work ethic

• Demonstrated leadership potential
