• Position Overview

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for repackaging products, supporting production flow, and assisting with general warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This Warehouse Associate role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain consistent productivity throughout the shift.

• Required Experience & Skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in cooler or cold conditions

• Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The Warehouse Associate role includes:
• Repackage products accurately and efficiently
• Operate and monitor items through the production line
• Maintain consistent production output and workflow
• Assist with general warehouse and production tasks as needed
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

• Schedule Details

• Monday–Friday schedule with alternating work weeks
• Every other week: Off Wednesday or Thursday + work Saturday
• 30-minute lunch break included

• Preferred Experience

• Previous warehouse, production, or material handling experience
• Experience working in temperature-controlled or cold environments

• Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs regularly
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting
