Position Overview

Stand-By Personnel is seeking a skilled Track Hoe Operator for a 6-week subdivision project in Sperry, OK. This role involves digging precise water line ditches with a SANY track hoe and supporting general site work. The position offers the potential to extend into ongoing work or transition into a Temp-to-Hire opportunity. Operators with mini excavator experience are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a SANY track hoe or similar excavator to dig accurate water line ditches.
• Work safely and efficiently around subdivision infrastructure.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Follow site plans, grade requirements, and supervisor instructions.
• Assist with other utility and site prep tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Track Hoe Operator, excavator operator, or mini excavator operator.
• Ability to dig trenches to specified depths and grades.
• Knowledge of safe practices when working near utilities and residential areas.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow site plans.
• Reliable transportation to the Sperry job site.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
