Pay: $18-21/HR (Based on Experience)
Hours: Monday – Friday 6 AM - 2:30 PM

Job Overview:

The TIG Welder is responsible for performing high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum components. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and the capability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum components.
• Assemble metal parts according to blueprints and specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Solve problems on the fly while managing time effectively to meet production deadlines.
• Ensure quality by reading and analyzing blueprints and following precise welding techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Work in a physically demanding industrial environment, which includes walking, standing, stooping, and lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and address any issues that arise during production.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 2+ years of TIG welding experience with stainless steel, galvanized steel, and some aluminum.
• Strong familiarity with welding processes and basic math skills.
• Self-motivated with solid problem-solving skills.
• Punctuality and reliable attendance are essential.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding industrial setting.
