Position Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Submerged Arc (Sub Arc) Welder to join our team. This role involves executing precision welding operations in a manufacturing environment, primarily using the submerged arc welding process. Candidates must be experienced in interpreting blueprints, fabricating and repairing metal components, and delivering high-quality welds while adhering to safety and quality protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform submerged arc welding (SAW) on a variety of metals, including steel, stainless steel, and specialty alloys.
• Operate and maintain SAW equipment with attention to proper setup, calibration, and safety.
• Select and apply appropriate filler materials and fluxes based on project requirements and material type.
• Ensure welds meet quality standards and project specifications.
• Interpret technical blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and adhere to company safety guidelines.
