About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Sub Arc Welder to join our manufacturing team in Sand Springs. In this role, you will perform precision welding operations using the submerged arc welding (SAW) process, fabricating and repairing metal components with strict adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform submerged arc welding (SAW) on metals such as steel, stainless steel, and alloys in accordance with project specifications.
• Operate and maintain SAW equipment, ensuring proper setup, calibration, and maintenance.
• Use appropriate filler materials and fluxes for the welding process and base materials.
• Fabricate and repair metal components by interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Ensure all welds meet high-quality standards and project specifications.

Welding Test Requirements:

• Stick Test
• Sub Arc Test on ¾" thick plate, 18” long

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with submerged arc welding in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.
