Sub Arc Welder 

Pay: $23–$24/hr, plus an additional $3 shift differential
Schedule:

• Training: Day Shift, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Post-Training: Night Shift, 5:30 PM–6:00 AM
  Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
  Location: Broken Arrow, OK

Weld Test Requirements:

• Initial Test: 3G MIG/Flux Core on 1" pipe
• Post-Hire: Sub Arc test completed on-site

About the Role:
We’re seeking a skilled Sub Arc Welder to join our team in Broken Arrow. This role involves performing precise welds on 1" pipe during training and transitioning to Sub Arc welding upon hire. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate welding equipment with precision to produce high-quality welds.
• Pass a 3G MIG/Flux Core weld test and complete an on-site Sub Arc test after hiring.
• Interpret job specifications to ensure accuracy in welding processes.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to maintain operational efficiency.
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in welding or a related field is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks in varying work conditions.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
