Sub Arc Welder

Pay: $23-28/hr. BOE

Hours: Monday- Friday 5AM-3:30PM OR Friday-Sunday 6AM-6PM

Job Type:  Temp-Hire

Location: Sapulpa/ West Tulsa, Oklahoma

Test: 1G Sub Arc Test and must know how to Carbonarc, 2G Mig and Fluxcore and OR 2G Stick Test.

Experience:  Must have 2-3 years’ experience in a related field.

Job Description:

Needs to be able to read blueprints, weld with wire and stick, flame cut, fit and fabricate, familiar with welding and cutting equipment be on time dependable and productive. Responsible for various types of weld preparation, welding, and weld finishing operations to manufacture product to customer drawings, specifications, or other forms of instruction. This position requires a person who can follow directions from their supervisor or manager and keep up with their assignments without constant supervision. In addition to performing hand welding and Sub arc welding, the welder may be required to lay out guidelines or mark on metal parts and may cut metal with a cutting torch or hand plasma cutter.
