Job Title: Structural Welder
Pay: $23.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 3:30 AM (Occasional Saturdays)
Location: Sapulpa, OK
Test Requirement: 3G MIG/Flux Core, T-Plate

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a qualified Structural Welder to join our team in Sapulpa, OK. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring operation of overhead cranes, forklifts, power equipment, and automated machinery. The ideal candidate will possess structural fabrication experience and be proficient in GMAW and FCAW welding techniques.

Key Responsibilities

·         Perform structural fabrication using appropriate welding methods

·         Calibrate and operate welding tools per welding procedure specifications

·         Execute fillet, tack, and full-penetration welds on structural steel joints using GMAW and FCAW processes

·         Clean and grind welded materials as required post-welding

·         Set up welding equipment in various positions

·         Operate overhead cranes, pallet jacks, and dollies to move materials and equipment

·         Conduct inspections of finished work to ensure it meets specifications and quality standards

·         Perform equipment inspections before and after shifts

·         Maintain a clean and safe work environment

·         Adhere to all company safety and quality procedures

·         Report any product or equipment defects to supervisor immediately

·         Maintain professional conduct at all times

Job Requirements

·         Minimum of 1 year of welding experience or graduation from a welding school

·         Ability to set up, evaluate, and operate a variety of welding and cutting equipment, including:

o    Oxygen/fuel gas cutting systems

o    Plasma cutting equipment

o    AC/DC welding machines

·         Must pass the required welding qualification test
