Position Overview

We’re hiring an experienced Structural Welder for a fabrication shop in West Tulsa. This Structural Welder role requires strong MIG and Flux Core skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform 3G MIG/Flux Core welding on structural steel components
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality, accuracy, and structural integrity
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and shop guidelines

Requirements

• Must pass a 3G MIG/Flux welding test
• 2+ years of structural welding experience preferred
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes and welding standards
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce consistent, quality welds
