Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Structural Welder to fabricate and assemble metal structures in a production weld shop environment. The Structural Welder will perform welding tasks using MIG and Flux Core processes while ensuring all work meets engineering specifications and quality standards.

Weld Test Requirement

• 3G MIG
• 3G Flux Core

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural welding to fabricate and assemble metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Join, cut, and shape metal materials to specification
• Inspect welds to ensure quality and compliance
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all shop safety and production standards

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of weld shop experience
• Ability to pass a 3G MIG / Flux Core weld test
• Experience working with structural steel components
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
