Pay: $20–$23 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Structural Welder to join a fabrication team in West Tulsa. This Structural Welder role focuses on welding structural components using MIG and Flux-Core processes while meeting strict quality and safety standards.

What the Structural Welder Will Be Doing

• Perform structural welding using MIG and Flux-Core processes
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and job specifications
• Complete welds that pass visual inspection and fill-it testing
• Ensure welds meet structural and quality requirements
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet production goals

Required Qualifications for the Structural Welder

• Proven experience as a structural welder
• Ability to pass MIG & Flux fillet weld test
• Proficient in MIG and Flux-Core welding
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
