Hours: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday (Occasional Saturday)

Position Overview

We are hiring an experienced Structural Welder to join a busy fabrication shop in the Sapulpa area. This role requires strong welding skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely around heavy equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities

As a Structural Welder, you will:

• Perform welding using GMAW (MIG) and FCAW (Flux Core) processes

• Complete fillet, tack, and full-penetration welds on steel structural joints

• Calibrate welding equipment per WPS specifications

• Clean, grind, and prepare materials after welding

• Set up equipment for multi-position welds

• Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, pallet jacks, and material-handling tools

• Inspect welds for defects to ensure project specifications are met

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Conduct pre- and post-shift equipment inspections

• Follow all company safety and quality policies

• Report equipment issues or defects immediately to supervisors

Job Requirements

• 1 year welding experience and/or welding school graduate

• Ability to operate various welding and cutting equipment including:

  • Oxygen/fuel cutting systems

  • Plasma cutting tools

  • AC/DC welding machines

• Must pass welding qualification test (3G MIG/Flux Core & T-Plate)
