Hours: 4:00 PM – 3:30 AM, Monday–Friday (Occasional Saturday)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Structural Welder to join a reputable fabrication facility in the Sapulpa area. The ideal candidate will perform high-quality structural welding while maintaining strong safety standards and production accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural welding using GMAW and FCAW processes

• Execute fillet, tack, and full-penetration welds on steel joints

• Calibrate and adjust welding equipment per WPS requirements

• Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, pallet jacks, and related machinery

• Clean, grind, and prepare materials post-weld

• Position and secure materials using appropriate lifting equipment

• Inspect welded components for defects and specification compliance

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Conduct equipment inspections before and after each shift

• Follow all company safety and quality procedures

• Report equipment malfunctions or defects to supervision immediately

Job Requirements

• 1 year welding experience and/or welding school graduate

• Ability to set up, evaluate, and operate welding and cutting equipment including:

  • Oxygen/fuel cutting equipment

  • Plasma cutting tools

  • AC/DC welding machines

• Must pass welding qualification test (3G MIG/Flux Core – T-Plate)
