Position Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Structural Welder to join a fabrication shop in Tulsa, OK. The Structural Welder will be responsible for performing MIG and Flux Core welding in all positions on large structural components. This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable welder who values precision, craftsmanship, and safety in a fast-paced shop environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and Flux Core welding on structural steel components.
• Weld in all positions, ensuring strong, high-quality welds that meet fabrication standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and shop drawings accurately.
• Operate safely and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Collaborate with fabricators, fitters, and other welders to meet production goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of structural welding experience in a fabrication shop preferred.
• Must be able to pass a 3G MIG/Flux Core bend test.
• Strong understanding of welding symbols, tolerances, and fabrication procedures.
• Consistent attendance, reliability, and attention to detail required.
• Must comply with all shop safety standards and PPE requirements.
