Position Overview:
We are seeking a Structural Welder – MIG (3G Position) to join a reputable Tulsa-based fabrication team. This position focuses on vertical MIG welding using both downhill root and uphill cap methods. As a Structural Welder, you’ll play a key role in producing strong, code-compliant welds on industrial structures and steel assemblies.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG (GMAW) welding in the 3G position on structural steel materials.
• Weld vertical joints using downhill root and uphill cap procedures.
• Maintain quality and safety standards during welding operations.
• Support production deadlines by delivering accurate and clean welds.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience working as a Structural Welder in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass the required 3G MIG weld test.
• Knowledge of welding symbols and blueprint reading.
• Dependable and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
