Job Position: Structural Welder
Pay Rate: $18–$23/hour, Based on Experience
Shift/Hours: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Location: West Tulsa, OK
Weld Test: MIG and Flux Core

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Structural Welder for a well-established company specializing in the design and manufacture of horizontal configuration air-cooled heat exchangers used globally. This company is known for delivering high-quality products—whether fully compliant with API-661 or with permitted deviations for quicker turnarounds and lower costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural welding using MIG and FCAW processes
• Follow detailed blueprints, drawings, and WPS guidelines
• Ensure weld quality, perform self-inspections, and correct sub-standard welds
• Work independently with minimal supervision to meet production goals
• Support team goals by working with others to complete tasks efficiently
• Step into other plant roles when needed to support company operations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in structural welding and fabrication
• Proven skill in FCAW welding and process qualifications
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and prints
• Commitment to safety and ability to work overtime as needed
• Punctual, dependable, and motivated to meet project deadlines
