Structural Welder
Pay: $21.00–$23.00/hr
Location: East Tulsa
Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:00 AM–4:30 PM (occasional Saturdays)
Job Type: Temp to Hire

Test Required: MIG Root Downhill / MIG Fill & Cap Uphill

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Structural Welder experienced in MIG and flux core processes for stainless steel, carbon, and aluminum materials. This Structural Welder role requires laying multiple passes with flux core wire feed and consistent use of hand and measurement tools. The ideal candidate will thrive in physically demanding work and be able to lift, carry, and move materials throughout their shift.

Required Experience & Skills:
• Experience with MIG and Flux Core welding on stainless, carbon, and aluminum
• Ability to lay multiple passes using flux core wire feed
• Strong physical stamina: frequent lifting up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stoop, kneel, climb, and use hand tools throughout the shift

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Lay MIG root downhill and fill in cap uphill welds
• Work in a fabrication setting with consistent movement
• Use tape measures, grinders, and other shop tools
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Preferred Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
