Job Position: Structural Welder
Pay Rate: $21.00–$23.00/hour BOE
Shift/Hours: Monday–Friday, 4:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Occasional Saturdays)

Position Overview

We are currently hiring a skilled Structural Welder to join a reputable company in East Tulsa. This position requires experience in MIG and Flux Core welding on carbon, stainless steel, and aluminum. The ideal candidate will be safety-conscious, dependable, and capable of working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Pass a MIG and Flux Core 3G weld test on a one-inch plate (bend test required)
• Perform multi-pass welding using flux core wire feed
• Regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs of material
• Use basic hand tools and measuring tools
• Work in physically demanding conditions including walking, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and reaching

Skills & Experience Requirements

• Proficiency in MIG and Flux Core welding on stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum
• Experience laying multiple weld passes with flux core wire feed
• Strong understanding of welding safety practices
• Reliable and capable of working long shifts
