Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Structural Welder to join our team in Owasso, OK. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures using MIG and Fluxcore welding techniques. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of welding experience in a fabrication or weld shop environment and a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and Fluxcore welding on structural components
• Join, cut, and shape metal parts according to engineering specifications
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and structural integrity
• Follow all workplace safety practices and wear appropriate PPE
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of welding experience in a weld or fabrication shop
• Ability to pass a 3G MIG/Fluxcore weld test
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to read blueprints and follow welding specifications
• Must be reliable and safety-conscious
