Structural Welder

·         Pay: $22.00/hr

·         Hours: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Occasional Saturdays)

·         Location: Sapulpa, OK

·         Test Required: 3G MIG/Flux Core – T-Plate

Position Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled Structural Welder for a reputable fabrication facility in Sapulpa. This safety-sensitive role requires operating a variety of equipment—including overhead cranes, forklifts, trucks, power tools, and automated machinery—while performing structural welding duties that meet stringent quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

·         Utilize appropriate welding methods for structural fabrication projects.

·         Perform tack, fillet, and full-penetration welds using GMAW and FCAW processes.

·         Calibrate and set up welding tools according to welding procedure specifications.

·         Clean and grind materials post-welding as required.

·         Weld in multiple positions and set up corresponding equipment.

·         Operate material handling tools including pallet jacks, dollies, and overhead cranes.

·         Inspect work to ensure conformance with quality standards and report defects immediately.

·         Maintain a clean and organized work area.

·         Conduct equipment inspections before and after each shift.

·         Follow all company safety policies, welding procedures, and quality control guidelines.

·         Maintain a professional demeanor on the job site.

Job Requirements

·         Minimum 1 year of welding experience or recent welding school graduate.

·         Ability to set up, operate, and evaluate various welding and cutting tools (Oxy/Fuel gas, Plasma, AC/DC welders).

·         Must be able to pass a welding qualification test.
