Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.00/hr (Based on Experience)

Testing Requirements: 3G MIG/Flux Core
Shifts Available:

o    Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday – Friday

o    Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Monday – Friday

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Welder to join our team in Sand Springs, OK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and welding metal structures and components according to specifications and blueprints. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, precision, and quality workmanship to ensure the integrity of the structures being constructed.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Fabricate and assemble metal structures according to engineering specifications.

·         Interpret and follow blueprints and technical drawings with precision.

·         Perform welding tasks with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.

·         Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet company and industry standards.

·         Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.

·         Work collaboratively with the team to meet production goals and deadlines.

·         Maintain welding equipment and ensure a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications & Skills:

·         Experience: Minimum of 2 years in structural welding.

·         Certifications: Must pass 3G MIG/Flux Core weld test.

·         Skills Required:

o    Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

o    Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.

o    Proficient in the use of welding tools and equipment.

o    Adherence to safety procedures and company standards.

o    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
